Built around the programme claim “Small steps, big learning”, a simple and memorable line coined by us that captured the spirit of the project, the series helped deliver nationwide training with a warm style and a practical purpose, making professional development feel accessible. When the audience's guard is down, learning happens faster and more effectively.
